Dr. Sasser was a very good listener and communicator; he made good eye contact. He listened and asked appropriate follow-up questions that showed he wanted to understand the injury in context. He explained the x-rays in detail; he indicated what potential hypotheses he had developed and how they were seen or not seen on the x-ray. He gave good advice about follow-up. I think he was among the most personable and competent young doctors on your staff. I am not his mother.
