I can't express strongly enough what a great job the staff does for me and my treatments. They are a fundamental team, who have my best interest at heart. They are very attuned to wishes and treatment needs. Wonderful team, who I value from all departments of treatment staff.

Dr. Knouse was a new Doctor for me. I liked him from the start! He knew all about my medical history & tried to ease my anxiety about seeing a hemotology Dr. He spent a lot of time with me & explained everything so carefully. He even wrote some things down for me so I could remember them better. I was so pleased with his "bedside manner" & very lucky to have him!

It is GREAT to have health care providers talk with me as a person, and not just as a patient!

I would like the radiology department to be on the same appointment system as the rest of Aurora. I go to the radiology department for 26 days. There appointments due not show op on Aurora calendars and I have to remind others that I am booked on those days from 9:00am to 9:30am.
