Dr Aagaard was truly excellent. I was a new patient. He was focused on listening to my medical history and concerns. We discussed a plan of care & he made me feel totally at ease about future care. I was totally impressed.

In and out and on time

Had to wait 15 minutes.

The provider, Dr. Aagaard was excellent as was the programmer. The front desk greeter was awful as was the women who did an EKG. I got there early and was the 1st to arrive. Multiple patients with similar conditions, who arrived later, were seen before me. I, too, had patient's to see. Inconsideration is not a good quality. Knowing full well how hard it is to find good employees, I understand the dilemma. Perhaps a personality transplant would help the 2 individuals mentioned. I read the sign about rude behavior is not tolerated. I agree and recommend that it be read by the aforementioned employees. I, fortunately, know that my diatribe will be lost on deaf ears. Maybe audiology can help.

As always, Dr. Aagaard was patient as I vacillate in my decision for treatment.

Dr Aagaard was very knowledgeable. Explained well and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I was very pleased.

Dr. Aagaard has been incredibly helpful. He listens, diagnoses accurately, intervenes when appropriate, and makes good suggestions with medication. I was seen recently for a follow up office visit after cardiac ablation which was successful. This physician has improved the quality of my life by controlling my arrhythmia! Thank you for caring.
