Dr. Aagaard is an exceptional physician and I am very happy he is my electrophysiologist. He is patient and listens carefully and explains everything as well as makes sure all my questions are answered. His staff are kind, helpful and respectful. I am always treated very well by everyone.

While almost all of the experience was excellent the portal did not easily allow me to pre register. Very clunky and wouldn't let me past a certain point and had to arrive earlier to register.

I have always enjoyed my interaction with this provider, but this last visit left me disappointed because I waited in the appointment room for well over 30 minutes after being checked out by the nurse. A bit disappointing.
