The staff and doctor were very concerned about health issues and was treated with caring and Understanding.
I am a new patient of Dr. Aagaard. I was impressed with the professionalism of his staff. I am grateful to my Cardiologist for referring me to Dr. Aagaard who is a very kind man. I appreciated the time he shared with me and how he explained all the information he gave me that was pertinent to my visit. This was my follow up visit and Dr. Aagaard addressed and answered all my concerns. I was so grateful, because I was extremely anxious before my appointment
My appointment was at 10:20am and I showed up a little bit early just in case they was paperwork to do. I sat in the waiting room until almost 11am. When I was finally taken back, the room I was put in was not cleaned yet and the doctor only spent about 10 minutes with me. I have never had an issue with them being so behind on their appointments for a day. I'm normally in and out of there in under a half hour. I was in the office for almost an hour and a half but only was seen for a couple minutes. I know I was not the only patient frustrated with them because I could hear location next-door to me Ask for a practice manager because he had been waiting almost as long as he had to be seen. It should not be an all day process to be seen by a specialist. I know this very well cause I have a lot of health issues and see multiple specialist as well as work for a medical specialist. Overall, I am happy with the doctor and my treatment but I'm being left behind on their appointments and not giving people up dates on how long they will still be waiting is extremely frustrating.
