Dr. A. Is approachable and pleasant. He is willing to answer all of your questions, and I didn't feel rushed. This is my 3rd doctor with his credentials and 3rd hospital (NW&Rush). I'll stay with him.

My appointment was at 9:00 AM. I arrived at 8:45AM. Waiting room had 5 patients waiting. I waited an hour to be seen. While others checking in after me proceeded to be called in. I was informed by receptionist that ALL Dr.s were in and I had to wait. Only after making a statement 20 min later that I had to go soon, due to a knee Dr appointment in Hinsdale at noon. Was my viewing by Dr Aagaard expedited. I'm sure all Dr.s and patients would appreciate better scheduling by the staff there. Thank you

This was an amazing collaborative and productive conversation regarding decisions about treatment when heart failure issues might easily cloud or confuse the options. Dr Aagaard spent the time we needed to sort through complex data, make a decision and launch into the treatment plan. One could not ask for more honest, clear and direct communication. I am thrilled to have a clear path. Video tape his consultation skills it's state of the art - if only all medical consultations had this level of depth and collaboration. Can you clone him?
