The Waukesha clinic (just off of I-94) definitely needs better signage in the lobby. I was late (traffic), had no idea where to go and the receptionist asked me to wait a minute, which turned out to be a very long minute. I didn't see any directory or signage. This could be remedied easily...

Dr. Knabel and his entire staff were fantastic. He came in and sat down and explained the entire procedure to me and answered all me questions. Everything was relatively painless. This was without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had with a doctor or medical staff,ever.

Dr. Knabel provided an excellent explanation of my procedure in terms that were easy to understand. Very comforting. His staff was wonderful as well.
