The doctor and the nurse were both fun and very professional and they did a great job on the sutures and I'm very happy with the outcome

This was the best experience I have ever had with a provider. Dr K and his team explained everything to me prior to the surgery. They went over all of the after care instructions. THey took time and treated me as a person and not a number. Excellent experience.

I would like to know why Aurora [no matter where you go] do NOT have Music in the building or rooms. Where I was I had to sit in the room for over 45min in SILENCE it was NO FUN music or a TV would have been nice. I hope you would consider this. Even the lobby did not have anything. I am sure that you received plenty of money to install something !!!!!!!!! I have asked for this for YEARS!!!!!!!
