During checkin, which I did prior to this visit, I was informed that a scheduler had used an old appointment & somehow the appointment got canceled. However, the receptionist immediately knew what error had been made & rectified the situation. I cannot yet review the summary of the appointment on the Live Well app.

I appreciate him giving eye contact when talking to me. It shows he's really listening. I don't get that from my other specialist. I feel like he cares.
