The waiting room was very loud, with the TV on high volume and featuring a game show, with screaming, jumping up and down. I had hoped to read my newspaper while waiting; the waiting room had quite a few patients and only one looked up to glance at the TV occasionally, I noticed. Most clients were on their phones. The attendant at the desk said, "yes, the clients like the TV on". She suggested I wait across the hall, farther from the TV; I said that I would and hoped to hear my name called out.

It was a little touch and go after my first initial visit,I don't know if it was because of COVID or what but I had a hard time getting in. But things seem to be back on track and can say I'm pretty satisfied with my experience.

Dr. Cote is very thorough, very knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, and is a true people person. He also has a really nice personality. (Not all doctors do. ?) I highly recommend him.
