Approximately 30 minutes delay from appointment time... not posted on white board at reception, nor mentioned by person who checked me in. Appreciated acknowledgments and apologies from providers for the wait, and they took necessary time with my appointment despite running late.
Dr. Tong is as professional and excellent in all she does as she is a positive, thoughtful person. I have switched all my other medical care to a different provider but hang on to Dr. Tong for this excellent care.
Dr. Tong and I discussed my reaction to a medication and helped pick an economical medication to try another approach to solving my skin issues. We set a plan for the next visit of things to check that she treated today. It went well.
