My only complaint about this office, not necessarily the provider, is that they offer only a 10-minute grace period even though I usually have to wait for at least 20 minutes to be seen. If the doctor is running late, what difference does it make if the patient is late? I think the doctors should be allotted more time for each patient but I suppose then the Aurora CEOs won't make as much money.
