I have gone to Dr. Tong for years - but hard to get into her if for some reason you have to reschedule -

Takes her time with examination Explains well and gives options

I like Dr. Tong, I think she is a good dr and provides good care. But I worry that the clinic overbooks her time with too many appointments. The cost for a dermatology appointment with her is expensive. So if I'm paying for an appointment, I want to feel relaxed and that I have her full attention and that she isn't worried about getting me in and out and onto the next person. But I often feel like if she spends too much time with me, answering questions, then she will not get to the next patient. I've been seeing her for years and I know that sometimes I have to wait an unreasonable time to see her past my appointment time (half an hour after your appointment time is unreasonable). That didn't happen this time, it was more like 15 minutes, but that shows you she is pressed for time to give quality care to her patients. I don't think that is good for her or the patients. Appointments sometimes feel rushed, this seems to be the case with the physician and her assistant.

Dr Tong is great to work with

Dr Tong is always very kind and informative She is very complete in her exams I always appreciate her kind care.

Dr. Tong is an exceptional care giver. My wife and I have seen her for years and her care and concern for my questions and input is top- notch. Dr. Tong is a model doctor and any patient is lucky to have her.
