Needed better explanation of recommended procedure. Telling me it may or may not work was not helpful to make a choice for it.

Dr. Singhal and all of his team, including nursing support, PT, OT, and social work, did a premiere join of supporting me as a patient and as a person. From the first meeting with Dr. Singhal, when I was in an acute state of pain, to twice meeting with him on non-surgical options, to finally deciding to have the surgery; the care I received was beyond expectations and delivered in a way that I felt confident and comfortable with best and worst outcomes. Using the Aurora app, I have been able to keep my family doctor informed about my care and progress. This was a difficult decision. Made, in thanks, to the depth of information and support. I anticipate that with continued PT, weight loss, and consistent exercise, I will have the best outcome. Thanks to all!

Dr Singhal was very excellent explaining my problems and the MRI results in a way that I could better understand. We discussed options for treatment and agreed on the best options. His staff was also excellent all the way to the girls at his reception desk. I'm most pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Singhal is knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and helpful. He ordered x-rays to show me exactly where my problem was and put together a plan to help alleviate my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Singhal!!
I was nervous to see a new doctor, especially one related to spinal specialties. I was concerned about not only making sure I understood what was going on, but also being heard and not feeling rushed. Dr Singhal took the time to answer my questions, went over my imaging results, and described treatment options in steps of first approach, and then what to expect next. I felt like he listened to my concerns and was able to answer my questions.
Dr. Singhal listens and provides good feedback. The x-ray department was a little backed up that day - his nurse apologized for the delay.
