I was nervous to see a new doctor, especially one related to spinal specialties. I was concerned about not only making sure I understood what was going on, but also being heard and not feeling rushed. Dr Singhal took the time to answer my questions, went over my imaging results, and described treatment options in steps of first approach, and then what to expect next. I felt like he listened to my concerns and was able to answer my questions.

Appointment was scheduled at 3:45, got a phone call from the Dr office telling me to be there by 3:30, told not asked. Got there more than 15 mins early and still wasn't seen by Dr until well after 3:45.
