Took time to explain my X-rays and gave me two opinions to consider

Dr Singhal is one of the most amazing doctors on the planet. His staff his nurses schedulers everybody is just absolutely phenomenal. I have sent at least a half a dozen patients to him and they all have been more than delighted with him.

Dr. Singhal in my opinion is an excellent surgeon and I have even had other people suggest that he is the one to see for back issues and the possibility of surgery and they have related to me many thanks for recommending him and have had very good results after his surgery on them. I am so thankful that Dr. Singhal is part of the Aurora family. I do not ever want to deal the Froedert system again as they have little care or concern for patients. The Aurora team is who I always want to choose for healthcare and they give me good follow up advice and care.

Great customer service

Not so much with this particular care provider but trying to talk to someone to setup an appointment. Aurora in general, is a little frustrating trying to talk to someone and pushing numbers on my phones key pad. Always being put on hold and waiting. I know what to do if it's an emergency, but being uncomfortable or being in pain to see someone is frustrating.

Dr. Singhal is a wonderful doctor who understands my problems & handles them quickly & with much care!
