This worked perfect but I can't log on to my LiveWell account with my proper name, log in name and password. I didn't have any trouble getting to this though. Why is that?

Dr. Parikh explained all my blood work thoroughly. She answered ALL of my questions and always helps me set goals to achieve a healthier lifestyle. She's truly a gift to the medical profession.
