Paula Carlton has been my provider for over 20 years and I would never go to anyone else. Paula genuinely cares about me and my health. Paula has always made me feel very comfortable talking to her about anything and I trust her with my health. Paula always takes her time to listen to me and help me in any way she can. I kind of liked the idea of scribing the visit... that was new concept to me. This visit included a prescription in which i was explained insurance may not cover... I appreciated this beforehand explanation stating "if you choose not to pay for this please call and I'd be happy to recommend another avenue for treatment ". This i also appreciated as someone looking out for me
