The caregiver ant west bend are always very kind. Paula always takes time to understand concerns and listen. I never leave feeling rushed, without answers or a plan to follow.

Reason for answering no to the question "did provider know your medical background", was because this was my first meeting with new provider. She and I went over my history.

Paula Carlton has always had my best interests at heart. She always listens and helps me understand what I need to do to continue to age well.

I have been seeing Paula for years. She takes the time to hear everything through and takes the time needed to come up with a proper plan for treatment. I feel extremely comfortable with telling her anything/everything that needs to be discussed. She is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met, and I completely trust her with my health care.

Paula Carlton is very knowledgeable and is able to give good advice as to how to improve one's overall health. She helps you set goals and is very caring and compassionate about the obstacles that stand in the way. She is an asset to the team. I love going to her and look forward to the next visit.
