Dr Webber is one of a kind in your organization. I have been with him for 34 years and trust no one like I trust him for my medical needs. You should be training all of your staff to care about patients the way he does. I am sad to say that my recent experience trying to talk to his nurse was less than desirable. The way you route your calls and the people you speak to have no idea. I like the old way where you can actually feel important enough to get directed to Dr Webber's staff when you ask to. Listen to what Dr Webber has to say. He's the best there is.

My visit with Dr. Webber was great! You need to do something about your live well account. It keeps telling me I put in the wrong password when I am sure I didn't. I do not want a new password. thank you please fix it so I can get in.
