Very happy with my care

I am happy with the people I see at the clinic. However, customer service at Aurora is terrible. Your call center system is absolutely horrible. Who on your end decided it was a good idea to add another middleman between me and my health care provider? I have been told by your employees that "customers prefer to go through a call center." That is absolutely untrue. Now when I call to talk to my doctors office, I get someone out of state, who knows nothing, and just takes a message. I cannot be connected with my providers office, I have to wait (sometimes hours) for them to call me back. I have driven to my doctors office (20 minutes) all the time I was on hold with your call center. It's faster to drive there than call there? Aurora management should be ashamed of your declining level of customer service.
