I had trouble getting an appt. with an eye doctor so the girls at the front desk went up above there job and called the eye doctor and made the appt. for me! Please praise them !!!!!!!!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff from the time I walked into the building to the time I saw my Dr.

When I tried to call initially it took me two attempts to call I was on the first for ten minutes listening to a recording then hung up and tried to call again waiting almost ten minutes before anyone even answered, that is quite unprofessional for a Healthcare facility to operate in my opinion

He explained everything to me. The only thing I can complain about is the lab work she put me in some pain when she turned the needle on the blood draw. Plus she never asked me to look at the tubes to make sure my information was on it.

I have a hard time believing that with all the scientific data around the inefficacy of masks to prevent or deter airborn viruses, that Aurora continues to enforce a zero tolerance policy of mask wearing. It just makes Aurora look backwards and ridiculous.

I don't understand the importance of filling out the pre check in survey. I don't think anyone ever looks at it.

I was grateful to be offered a chance to schedule a procedure for later that same day.
