Dr. Bullis answered may questions about PSA testing, which allowed me to make a decision I am comfortable with.

The receptionist was rude (The one checking me in wasn't but the other lady who was helping her was extremely rude). The irony of that situation was there was a sign posted on the computer about keeping a safe work environment and basically being calm while at the reception counter. But when I was asking questions, simple questions about insurance and looking for clarity on some of the questions they were asking me. This lady was rude, short and I think she forgot that "I" was the customer for the for-profit business I was checking in at. I understand other customers might be rude. But I wasn't one of them. She was just annoyed and sounded inconvenienced when simply asking why to some of the questions she was asking.

This was my first visit with Dr. Bullis. It was as I would have expected for the first time. Very nice visit.

A great group of people loved Dr. Bullis and his staff. I was very personable and we feel like family only nicer.
