My experience was excellent with the provider, but trying to call the clinic for any reason is terrible experience. Alot of times it takes forever for someone to answer the phone and then they give wrong information as far as where to go for certain tests. You can never talk to someone right away in the physicians dept because they always have to leave a message for a call back.

I was happy with the way the visit went.

Dr. Bullis is an excellent doctor and he always has time to listen to my concerns.

You don't give the doctors enough time to spend with patients. Your Live App is not very helpful. When you call the wait can be way too long. I asked for the phone Number to the receptionist desk and they would not give it to me. The two ladies or men sitting there are just talking about non Work related issues. You are taking the care out of patient care. The efficacy experts and bean counters have great ideas on saving money and time but the patient is the one who suffers. Your company has made billions increasing year after year . You first responsibility should be to you patients and not to executives bonuses and share holders profits. I have worked in the business sector of healthcare ( medical equipment) General Electric to be exact. We were making profit every year until the started farming out services for cheaper cost not realizing what a catastrophe it caused. Well ended up being dropped off the Nasdax 100.

Dr. Bullis has been an incredible physician. He helps me with my health and wellness goals and ensures I have all of my questions answered before ending our appointment. He listens with purpose and asks questions when necessary to better understand me or the issue at hand. He is incredibly knowledgeable and shows care for his patients.
