I don't understand the importance of filling out the pre check in survey. I don't think anyone ever looks at it.

This was my first time visit with Dr. Bullis and was extremely pleased.

Dr. Bullis showed extreme patience and empathy with all my health concerns, both psychological and physiological, to the point that I felt so much better just for having seen and talked with him. He also gave me appropriate steps to take regarding all my concerns. His demeanor, expertise, and advice, as well as his attentive listening and replies meant more than I can say.

Precious kind and very friendly stuff. I always leave with a smile.
