Why do you send a "check-in" email in advance of the appointment if you have to ask all the same questions again when I physically arrive? The check in lady said the information doesn't get transferred over. It is a waste of your and my time to complete the pre-visit questionnaires.

You are now ADVOCATE aurora. Both of my ob-gyns have left and I see other doctors fleeing aurora Hartford clinic. Disappointed that the FIBS have taken over. I like Dr Bullis but maybe i'll ask around.

When I tried to call initially it took me two attempts to call I was on the first for ten minutes listening to a recording then hung up and tried to call again waiting almost ten minutes before anyone even answered, that is quite unprofessional for a Healthcare facility to operate in my opinion

He explained everything to me. The only thing I can complain about is the lab work she put me in some pain when she turned the needle on the blood draw. Plus she never asked me to look at the tubes to make sure my information was on it.

I have a hard time believing that with all the scientific data around the inefficacy of masks to prevent or deter airborn viruses, that Aurora continues to enforce a zero tolerance policy of mask wearing. It just makes Aurora look backwards and ridiculous.
