Too many emails with reminders, forms to fill out, questionnaires, more reminders, messages, follow ups, scheduling, etc, etc, etc. if I have more than one provider/appointment I am flooded with nonsensical emails, like this one. Meanwhile, I don't hear back with appointment information, appointments are too far in the future, and call center reps are overworked and unhelpful. I'm really tired of Advocate. The automated systems are a waste of time and the appointment process is tortured. On the other hand, the doctors do a good job.
