Dr. Paul Silverman is best provider

GREAT DOCTOR WITH EXCEPTION PEOPLE SKILLS.

Dr. Silverman is wonderful very good df.the best one I have had. He talk to me about what was going to happen .he helped me fill better.imso grateful to him.he found something else we didn't know about hes bring me back to fix that. Hesgreat I fill blessed to have him!!!!!

On check in your staff charged me $100.00 co pay when I showed you were a tier 1 and should of been $40.00. I paid the $100.00 then go on United Health Care website and chatted with them they agreed I was correct. I returned to the staff member and she says without looking "that's what the system says" . She hands me a card to contact the billing department and says there is nothing she can do. I showed her my medical card and you have it in your system she chose to charge the higher price cause I believe she didn't know what she was doing. Watched as the more seasoned staff member next to her showed her she was wrong ......cause she was looking at me as she showed her. You ought to consider in your hiring process that compassion for patients as a priority since a lot of them are struggling in their day to day as it is. Upon returning for my next appointment I will not checkin with this person ever!

I've been to see Dr Silverman 4 x and yesterday's visit was the worst...the lady that checked me in was very rude. If you don't like working with the public, find a job working from home.

This was my first visit and I was very comfortable with the Doctor and his assistant. He was informative and helpful.

Spent adequate time with this patient.
