The staff was very nice and the doctor was too but I am still feeling overwhelmed with the changes and the up coming tests.

Dr. Bernstein is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever met. He is genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing. He takes the time to go over my labs and test results with me and explains what my treatment plan is and why he is prescribing it. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

The only frustrating thing about this appointment was that it didn't start until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. We as patients are told to be at the clinic and check in 15 minutes before your Scheduled time which I did, but then waited and waited for Dr. Bernstein to actually come in the examining room to see me. I know his time is valuable but so is mine!
