After my visit I pulled up the doctor's notes in Live Well. My first thought was that the notes were from some other patient's visit. They certainly weren't from mine. Is that even possible?
More interaction verbally I guess he may have been busy or preoccupied not interested or just his personality. I have such a fear of anything medical so could just be me
Dr Miller was awesome! He explained everything, gave me options and supported my decision. His calm nature really proves his high level of knowledge! Thank you for the great care.
I felt rushed, he didn't ask me if I had questions, left the room and didn't come back, I felt like I wasn't important, more like a number, and he was in to his next patient . Really went there fir a reason to drain my knee and he didn't want to do it
Test MRI results prepared prior to visit from 4 days prior should have been available for myself as Dr Miller seemed to be processing the information in my appt. The results on the app indicated I had some miniscus damage and in the appt the focus was on my osteoarthritis and weight loss for future knee health which were valid. The meniscus damage was not shared clearly or I didn't interpret his other information to be inclusive of the meniscus results.
Nurses/technicians were thorough, expedient and professional.
Great team
Dr. Miller seemed to be in a big rush! He seemed impatient with my questions (which were not fully answered) and left the office as I was starting to ask another question. I will not be seeing him again.
My shoulder has felt better since the injection. I am grateful for the referral for PT. I have been doing the exercises, and I am noticing improvement. I am grateful for an appointment next month for help with my left knee.
Very informative and a great help in understanding what I am dealing with and how to make things better
