Over all it was good just the front desk ignore me for some time I was not even greeted when i got there. Until someone from the back call me inside to check me in.

From the first visit through the surgery up to my last visit I was well informed of what to expect. I was given a brochure of the replacement knee that was being used so I could research it myself. The surgery went well. I checked in at 5:30 and walked out the door at 1:30. The physical therapy that was provided was excellent and helped for a fast recovery.

Doctor listened, advised clearly and double checked that I understood. I was relieved after the visit

Very very satisfied. Dr. Metzger was an amazing good looking doctor. He's always pleasant, with beautiful smile on his face. I loved the way he treats me as a patient and I'm very comfortable with him. Very thankful that he's my doctor and I'm very grateful for the treatment I received from him.

An excellent receptionist and check in experience. A bit of a wait once in the exam room (20 minutes) until Dr. arrived. Once there, he was very informative, very helpful.

I left feeling very confident in Dr Metzger's report and suggestions going forward with my shoulder healing.
