DR. METZGER IS A GREAT DOC!

Dr Metzger helped me to understand risks and options related to my treatment.
Dr. Paul Metzger is a wonderful physician. He listens carefully, explains clearly, and always has a great attitude.
My comment is not about this doctor, but about the process followed during the visit. Three different people met with me without explanation of what their role was. The first two asked me the same questions, again without telling me why this was necessary or warning me that the next person who came in was going to go over the same info I just provided. That is so frustrating for patients. When I checked in, I was asked questions at the front desk and was told to sign my name on a screen, but again I wasn't presented with any written statement or full context of what I was signing. Just more transparency please.
They are knowledgeable about my medical problem.
Very polite very friendly service. I recommend all my friends cause I don't have a family I live alone so I have to contemplate about getting the surgery done or not cause if I get it done I have to stay at a rehab center or nursing home or someplace to recover, but I love the services they provided to me
