Dr Maes is a very precise regarding my health and concerns. He is extremely thorough and a good listener. He is a wonderful Doctor for my family and greatly appreciated

Easier and better access to the provider's website or even by phone would be very helpful. Sometimes questions re: bronchitis or pneumonia symptoms and suggested and prescribed medication for relief would be appreciated in lieu of making the trip to Emergency Care.

The front office staff are very friendly but while waiting for my appointment I was able to hear everything they were discussing and it was mostly pertaining to procedures in the office which shouldn't be heard by patients in my opinion. The medical assistant who took me back was yawning constantly and tried to fix some errors in my history but wasn't successful. Dr. Maes is always kind and considerate to me. He is the reason I am coming to this clinic
