Provider was running late for circumstances beyond his control. Staff was very good about keeping informed about his arrival to appointment.

I found the doctor to be very personable and very informative. I felt very comfortable with him.

I'm fully confident in Doctor Vana. He has a lot of experience and he's a great guy. I had indicated to him that I really did not care for the veterans administration hospital even though I am a qualified veteran. So we are on the same page about that.

I went to Dr. Vana after I had gone to another hospital where my issue wasn't being helped after several months. Dr. Vana resolved my problem in 1 day. He has excellent bedside manner. He listens, offers plenty of information and has a genuine caring demeanor to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

My overall experience during a very scary time for me was very good. I felt safe and cared about and my surgery went very well. I felt communication from all staff and doctors was thorough and timely and would recommend the facility and doctors to a family member.
