Good efficient examination

I HAVE A GREAT DOCTOR

I would like to be able to access or see my medical history records in almost as much detail (most of the occurrences I saw) as possible. Is there any way that I can view that via an Aurora web link or get an electronic or paper copy of much of that?

Find it hard to squeeze in my words over his sometimes and often see med history incorrectly recorded. However I'm grateful of his availability, knowledge and basic knowledge of my medical history. It's very complicated and I do wish I had a Captain of the ship. It's so much to manage and gauge efficiency.
