I I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Halstrom. The rest of the office staff has some serious incompetence. There was a miscommunication in rescheduling an appointment, leaving me to show up with no record of my appointment. The office staff didn't seem to know how to enter my new Medicare information and someone else from the staff had to take care of it and then they even made and even then they made a mistake. Very, very frustrating with the level of administrative staff that you have working in your office.

Dr Halstrom took care of my husband as his regular physician was unavailable to see him. He thoroughly examined my husband and was able to tell he needed further examination of his heart. I will be forever grateful to Dr Halstrom for preventing my husband from having a major heart attack.

Dr. Halstrom literally saved my life 2 years ago when I unknowingly had an advanced case of covid. Dr. Halstrom cleared his schedule and immediately addressed the dire situation. Dr. Halstrom scheduled immediate tests, immediately found a hospital bed, immediately implemented a care-plan and came to visit me late at night after a very long day caring for other patients. Things did not look good, but thanks to Dr. Halstrom, I was immediately stabilized and on the way to recovery after a 4-day hospital stay that included unbelievably good care. Dr. Halstrom not only is an excellent care provider, but he's also an incredible individual. If Aurora could only have more Dr. Halstrom's.
