Was admitted thru EM RM . A day after a 6hr wait in ER . To sick / to tired to keep waiting I went home. Only to call 911 the next am. Then I was admittrd, saw Dr. And was diagnosed.

After receiving a message to call the office for test results, it was very annoying to get transferred around to get to the person who called. You need a direct number for return calls. Also, you used to have the best phlebotomists. Now they need improvement.
