I forgot to mention to Dr. Sauer that I went to the ER in Hayward WI. earlier this month after I fell in a river. They did take some X-rays there but no MRI as this was an urgent care visit.

It was good as it always is !

There were a lot of patients in waiting room, ran a little late, once I talked to the Doctor my information was better than expected.

Was running almost an hour behind but I think that is probably par for the course with an orthopedist

Both myself and Dr. Sauer did not understand why central scheduling scheduled me with him instead of a shoulder specialist. My assumption was because Aurora straight up doesn't care about customer satisfaction because they virtually have a monopoly on healthcare in the area, so they have no incentive in getting anything correct.

I had no issues that was not covered at my visit.

The provider explained what he thought was going on and the steps I needed to take to resolve the problem...he listened and provided valuable advice and treatment.

We did not appreciate the long wait was an hour. Patients have other things to do then wait so long to see the doctor and then when he finally came in he was fantastic but I felt rushed because I had an appointment to go to I needed to get the information, but didn't feel I had enough time to do so.

Dr Sauer was Very thorough and one of the nicest doctors I have ever seen.
