Dr. Fagan is easy to talk to, and to listen to. I appreciate hearing what he talks about, and answering my questions.

I was very skeptical about a hip injection being painless but it was!
It was a little bit of a wait to get into Dr. Fagan but he did my left knee replacement and was a amazing doctor. He did amazing on my first knee replacement so I definitely would choose him for my next.
Everyone (receptionists, x-ray techs, nurses, and doctor ) was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Fagan was very through in explaining my options and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Everything was very clean also. Overall my experience was very pleasant. I look forward to my surgical prep and procedure.

Very positive. Dr. Fagan was extremely friendly and explained things so I could understand. He presented me with treatment options and let me make treatment decisions. I feel really good about him managing my knee issues.
I really like dr Fagan. I did wait along time for him. Which I didn't really mind except. Nurse told me it was my last time seeing him due to the fact I was not surgical patient. She told me he had to free up time. She told me there was 3 non surgical orthopedic dr I can pick from. So as I'm sitting in room alone waiting I was gett ing more anxious because of that plus the shots are hard on me. Dr came in he is always nice. We were talking trying to keep me at ease gave me the shots. Then we talked about different dr now. Then I said well maybe if I get brave enough I will see him for surgery. I told him I had lost 105 lbs now. He thought that was great and wished me well. I go and get my print out. Alot of times I don't. But I was glad I did because then I saw the real reason he won't do my shots. Not just because he isn't doing injections only on one's that diabetes is 8 or above which mine has Never been that high since I was diagnosed with it. Yes I'm way over weight but again I lost alot of weight. I know the whole Bmi thing but mine has dropped! I'm not willing to do knee replacement not because of all the stuff I wrote about. There are other reasons. I just wished thing would have been dealt with differently. You didn't have to put that on the bottom of the first page of my print off. You could have left it off completely. I left there crying yesterday. So thank you!
