The office staff messed up taking people with later scheduled times . I heard the times when they checked in . I waited 45 minutes and finally spoke up. They called an employee to computer and then I was next . Nurse was kind but she said she didn't have clean room which was still wet as she just cleaned. Get a person to wipe down rooms the medical staff was taxed out

I arrived really early and got in right away for X-rays. Then right away to see the doctor. I was amazed. The doctor was in good spirits and was definitely happy to talk with me.

I love coming to Dr Fagan's office, they are so warm and friendly, yet professional. The care I get is top notch.

Dr Fagan is a gem. He helped my husband so much, I chose him for my shoulder issues. His staff is excellent, friendly and beyond expectations. So smart to do X-rays before seeing the Dr which isn't done at every practice. Just makes sense. X-ray tech saw I had difficulty dressing so she wisely suggested I just stay in the gown, put my overcoat back on and go down to Dr Fagan 's office, since he would want me in a gown for his exam. That's a little thing, but thinking about the patient's comfort is so important. It's obvious they do this here. We've been in the Ascension system for 7 years and we are gravitating towards the Aurora specialists like Dr Fagan because they are so much better. Keep up the good work!

It was a busy afternoon for Dr. Fagan so my wait time seemed a little longer. My appt went well and I did not feel like I was only a number. I appreciate him listening and responding to my questions.

Everyone was very nice.
