Dr Fagan was very pleasant, personable, and high energy. While he was 30 minutes late, I understand that he is thorough and caring enough to take whatever time is necessary with his patients to give them the time they need. So I didn't mind the wait. His examination was thorough and efficient. He listened to everything I said and provided explanations and answers to my questions appropriate to my level of understanding. I feel that we have set up a plan of care together, to meet my needs. I feel confident in placing my care in the hands of Dr. Fagan. I waited a month to see him for an initial consultation, and I feel it was well worth the wait.
