I couldn't believe how organized they were. Scheduled knee replacement and all appointments made when I left. As my husband said they are a fine oiled machine. Dr. Fagan put me at ease. Everyone was friendly.

I'd like to see people involved in the process for my surgery coming up. I saw an assistant to go over my vitals, then the surgeon, then another person, then the front desk for scheduling up coming appointments because she couldn't find an assistant to help, then someone else to go over some of the same things. Why can't one maybe two people be qualified?
