Dr. Krismer was able to get me in within hours after calling about an issue that had surfaced following a cycling injury & surgery. He discussed the circumstances surrounding the accident an overall wellness following surgery. Dr. Krismer carefully examined a bump on my head, indicated its likely cause, and then discussed the possible follow-up approaches. I definitely trust and appreciate Dr. Krismer's help and medical guidance.

Was not greeted by the Nurse or Medical Assistant. Could not tell since she had no name tag on. Not patient friendly just pointed to the scale to get my weight. Rushed to take blood pressure. Asked to have it taken with the other arm. Rolled her eyes and I seemed to be a bother. She said both sides would be the same. I hope this was a one off experience. If this is Advocate Aurora Health Care standard it needs to improve. Dr. Krismer is an outstanding physician and the reason I continue with Advocate Aurora.

It was a very nice office visit with DR. kRISMER,he is great. It is always a pleasure to see him. All of the nurses and the office staff are always friendly and helpful.
