Dr Krismer is an excellent doctor. Always attentive and engaged. His staff is super helpful just as he is. They are an asset to your organization.

Very responsive staff

The care provider Dr. Krismer is an excellent physician. He is always accurate and attentive to my needs. The pharmacy on the other hand over there has gone downhill so fast I have been there three times in the last two weeks. Lack of inventory improper explanation of equipment. And ability to fill orders on times is very difficult.. I recently took received a new medication. I did not even get asked if I ever took this medication nor a pharmacy consult. I recently tried to refill it and it was a quagmire. I finally came back to fill it and then they asked me the second time if I wanted to have a consult unbelievable When you go into this pharmacy, you aren't greeted they don't acknowledge you until I acknowledge them. It's just horrible.

Dr. Krismer provided excellent care, as always.

I arrived and was promptly seen without waiting. Dr Krismer is very easy to talk to and takes time to listen to my concerns and questions. He explains things in detail and is extremely friendly. He's amazing and the reason I stay at Aurora
