Dr. Morales and her nurse were lovely as usual. Dr. Morales really seems to care about me and my wellbeing. She spent a lot of time talking through things with me and giving me options of what I can do. I really appreciate the time she spent with me. She's a gem.
The Progress Notes I received after my visit were confusing to read because they did not summarize accurately what was discussed. This has happened with previous visits. I am sure it is with the translation, from the audio recording, that discrepancies and even errors occur. Conversational comments get included that distort the actual medical issue I discussed with the doctor or asked questions about. For this most recent summary, the details I shared about a visit with another doctor got reworded inaccurately. I understand that transcribing can be a challenge, especially when doing so for a number of the doctor's patients. But, as an important document, the Visit Summary should be an accurate reflection of the patient's office visit.
First time patient visit. Positive experience.

Very respectful. Seemed interested. Listened. Addressed all my concerns. Friendly.
Dr Morales Brost is a busy provider, but she always takes the time to address concerns in a practical, caring and encouraging manner. I feel lucky to have her as my primary physician
Awesome
Dr Morales is kind and friendly. Could joke a little to make granddaughter feel at ease. Even called me mom, which made me feel years younger.
An extremely caring provider. Always listens and has time for me
Dr. Morales is very easy to talk with - I am never uncomfortable asking her any questions or answering any of her questions. She is non-judgemental and caring.
