I've been with my PCP FOR MANY YEARS ...I have total confidence in my physician.
This is not the first appointment where she did not come in on time. My appointment was 9:45 and she did not come in until about 10:25. I had to leave the appointment shortly after she came in so I wouldn't be late going into work for a second time. Had been late due to her running late in a prior appointment. I suggest a bigger buffer of time be input appointments for when she is running behind.
She is great and so is her nurse

I received excellent care from this provider. She was efficient and attentive to my concerns.
Every appointment is more than a 1/2 hr late. We are expected to be on time but when they are late - they don't care or apologize. They need to put themselves in our shoes as patients and see how bothersome it is. The physician needs to work on professionalism and interaction with patients.
Dr Patricia Merlo is a very good doctor. Always explains health issues very clearly
