The doctor was great. The medical assistant was rude and didn't know how the video call worked. She asked me questions that the system had already asked. She called me and I was already on hold for 35min. I was confused as this was also my first time using the video call. She kept interrupting me when she asked to describe my symptoms.

Dr. Huerta is amazing. She truly understands my concerns and always has a great way in addressing them
