Dr. Sura was professional and compassionate for this very senior patient. Much better experience than with the retiring doctor at the 9555 S. 52nd Ave, Oak Lawn facility

The Doctor was too busy

This was my first visit to this facility and I was beyond satisfied with the treatment of the nurses and doctor thank you

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sura. He listened to my concerns and explained things down to the T. He did not push away any of my concerns. His holistic approach was really appreciated.

The new policy to have blood drawn did not sit well with me. It should be done in the room where you were seen by your doctor. Was not impress with the service at all. Visit turned into a 2 hour visit. Needs to be reanimated.
