I take colesteral medication, but have not had my cholesteral checked for a long time. That seems somewhat strange to me.

The woman who took my vital signs stated that she was on the military diet and suggested I try it. This is a way to lose 10 lbs in a week. I researched this later and learned that this diet is controversial. It would be best if this woman (perhaps a medical assistant) doesn't provide dietary advice to patients - she is not a registered or licensed dietitian, nor was she knowledgeable regarding my health history. This was really disappointing.
