She is a very good listener. She did not force me start getting a certain medication.

My primary care provider has canceled the last two years shortly before my appointment. I was told I couldn't address all my concerns with the substitute provider and that I could only address 3 questions in 20 minutes time. Anything else required another appointment. I barely addressed any issues last year because of the substitute provider. On this second year of a substitute provider I felt it was my right to ask care questions. I did NOT get to ask all of my questions or get all of my care. They invited me to make another appointment, but I declined knowing the additional appointments would be out of pocket unlike the annual well check up.

She is not my regular primary care doctor, but was very thorough and attentive, and I appreciated being able to see her on short notice.
It was my first appointment with Dr. Pang Hang, from the front desk to the office staff- everyone was so great and welcoming! She took her time, I did not feel rushed, she explained everything clearly so I was able to understand. Everything was great and I will definitely be recommending her to anyone that is looking for a new PCP!
This was classified as my Medicare Wellness visit. Dr. Hang was most professional and was very pleasant to speak with.
